Heir~Part Three

Guinevere ran after Serenity, heart pounding like crazy. "SERENITY!! WHOA, GIRL!!" She grabbed her horses reighns and yanked. The white mare skidded to a stop. Guinevere threw her arms around Serenity. The horse was panting heavily, but she was not injured. Guinevere swung up on the horses back. "HA!! GIDDYUP!" She lead Serenity back into the forest. "HA!! C'MON, GIDDYUP!!" Serenity ran with all her might. They were coming upon the creatures. "RAGH!" One pounced at Gwen. This time, Gwen was ready. She pulled her sword from it's sheath and swung it. SLAM!! It sunk into the creatures torso. It shrieked and fell over. Dark green fog spilled from it's gaping wound. Gwen leapt off her horse and killed another. THe woman who'd saved Gwen earlier was still fighting strong. Gwen swished through the evil things, slashing and cutting with ease. Then, there was no more things left. Gwen panted as she sheathed her sword. "Well, that was certainly a nice gem." She walked back to Srenity and kissed the horses nose. "Ah, your a good fighter, yes?" The woman asked. Gwen shrugged.
